The downloaded Bosses can be tweaked and edited as much as you like, as well, so you won't have to stick with an identical Boss if you don't want to. If you'd like to see and download other players' creations head to the Boss Factory hub on, which allows you to share your designs with other players. Boy options, asymmetrical face customisation, hairstyles, eight different voice types, and a host of emotes are available, as well as many outfits, footwear, and accessories. Boss Factory is a separate program that opens up the full breadth of character creator options that'll be available in the game's full version.
In Saints Row, your Boss is able to be a full expression of yourself - whether you want them to be a more refined individual or a funky chaos-loving gangster, the choice is yours.
